How it works

From a plain-words SOP to an agent that works every day.

Tell Threadfast what you need done, connect the tools it needs, and decide what it may do on its own. Then it runs, on schedule or the moment something happens, and you can see every step.

Agent: Google Ads Spend Audit

Up and running in four steps

  1. Connect your tools.

Sign in to the tools your team already uses: ads, CRM, email, spreadsheets and more. Company accounts are shared on purpose; personal ones stay personal.

  2. Describe the job.

Write what you want done in plain words. Threadfast drafts the agent, with its instructions, the tools it needs and when it should run. You review it and adjust.

  3. Decide what needs a yes.

For each tool, choose if it acts on its own or asks permission. Set company-wide rules to make agents more careful.

  4. Switch it on.

It runs on schedule, when something happens, or when someone asks in Claude. You'll see every run step by step.

On schedule, by trigger, or at request.

Set a schedule ("every weekday at 8"), start an agent when something happens in your tools ("when a new lead arrives"), or let anyone on the team ask for a run from Claude. Runs happen in the cloud, so a closed laptop, a flat battery or a week off changes nothing.

A company brain that stays correct.

Agents write down what they learn and your people add what they know. Point a knowledge base at a website and Threadfast keeps it current. Upload templates, datasets, SOPs and more. Every entry shows where it came from, new findings replace old ones instead of piling up, and anything an agent learned from outside content waits for a person to review it before other agents rely on it. Each agent also keeps a small private memory of its own.

Careful by default, and more careful when it matters.

Every tool an agent can use has a rule that defines how much freedom it has. Some actions only need a yes in certain moments: like if an agent has just read an email from a stranger, its next changes wait for an approval, so an outsider can't steer it into acting alone. Company-wide rules can tighten any agent and never loosen it. Every run also stops at set limits on time and activity.

Every run is a step-by-step record: what the agent read, what it changed, what it asked and who said yes. Watch a run live or look back weeks later. If something looks odd, you can see where it started.

Works inside the AI your team already uses.

Each person connects Claude to Threadfast once. From then on their chats can use the company's tools, answer from the company brain, and hand a job to an agent, under the same rules as everything else. Everyday work stays in their preferred chat client.

At a glance

Key facts to help decide if Threafast is right for you.

  • You own it.

Agents, processes, company connections and the company brain belong to the business account, not to any one person.

  • You control access.

Owners, admins and members. Admins choose which company accounts and knowledge each agent and person can use.

  • Personal stays personal.

An account someone connects as themselves can only be used by them, in their own agents.

  • One way in.

Every action an agent takes goes through Threadfast, where it's checked against your rules and recorded.

  • Limits on every run.

Each run stops at set limits on time and activity, and each business has a daily ceiling.

  • Bring your own tools.

Beyond the built-in catalogue, connect tools your team has built itself, like private MCPs.
